Known as the “World’s Most Romantic Man” by the news and talk show media, Michael Webb truly demonstrates he knows what he’s talking about in his Getting Her Back… For Good book. 

Whether you want to get your wife or girlfriend back or you’re just worried that she may leave one day, you’ll want to get good advice. So how does Michael Webb’s new “Getting Her Back… For Good” book compare to the rest? Here’s what we found…

Most “win her back” books use jealously, trickery and a “whatever it takes” mentality to hide or mask what went wrong in the first place, putting up a false act to create the illusion of change instead of the reality of it.

With those methods, you can almost guarantee that even if you DO get her back, it won’t last! You’re not going to win her heart back or get your ex-wife back with lies and deception.

Getting Her Back… For Good is NOT about putting on acts, shallow manipulation or obvious trickery. Rather, this book teaches you how to become a better YOU so she’ll want you back. And, when you get your ex back, you’ll get her back for good.

What I liked most is that the book explains that winning her back has much more to do with your character, with the very fabric of who you are, than it does with what you did or what you wear or who you hang out with. Let’s face it, if so easily she’s fooled by such trickery, would you really want her back anyway.

What’s in the book? It opens with the most important topic of all: Do you REALLY REALLY REALLY want her back? Let’s face it, maybe you don’t, so this is a good question to ask youself before you put much energy into this getting back together stuff.

The book tends to repeat itself at times, and I guess that’s important, because it’s so easy to overlook some things that we don’t want to face. Sometimes we need a “slap in your face.” (Or, in my case, a second slap in the face.) It works because, chances are, most of us guys have no idea why their women left them. We sometimes need an ‘in your face’ approach to get through to us.

A good 90% of the book is on self-improvement and facing up to what you must change in order to not only getting her heart back, but keeping it once you get it. So, if you want just a step by step guide and you aren’t ready to look into a mirror, you may find this book uncomfortable. But, if you REALLY REALLY REALLY want to win her heart back, then be ready to make some changes, and this is a good place to start.

I’m glad that this book is FOR MEN ONLY. Most of these books are NOT gender specific, somehow assuming that men and women are exactly the same, which is of course assinine. The strategies for getting back a man vs. a woman are very different. 

So is the book perfect? No.

Although using canned speeches would appear insincere and work against your efforts, it still would have been good to see some examples in this book to help paint a better picture. Also, some examples on how to make that first contact would have been useful.

However, all in all, this is still the best “how to win her heart back” book I’ve seen. I highly recommend it to any man who wants his girlfriend or ex-wife back, or is having relationship trouble, or is just worried that she may leave him one day and wants to prevent it.

In conclusion, if your relationship is important to you, and it’s obvious it is, because you are reading this, then I’m sure you’ll agree that it’s time to do something different than you’ve been doing, and Michael Webb, who has appeared on over 500 radio and TV shows including Oprah my be your best chance of getting her back.
